[It had been too late in the day to even think about apartment hunting, and honestly Rise was a little weary from the events of the day. The ViViD game and the excursion with Yosuke and the later conversation with Yu had eventually caught up with her.

That doesn't stop her from leaving her "apartment" CERES had provided bright and early the next morning with her purse slung over her shoulder and heading straight back for their apartment. She'd taken a look at the boys' place the previous day and even without adding herself to the equation she noticed it was way too small. She's determined to fix that. She knocks on the apartment door and hardly pays attention to who answers it as she sweeps into the apartment and shuts the door behind her. It's only when she has the attention of all three of them that she smiles brightly and gestures to the door again.]

Goooood morning~! Get dressed, we're going apartment-hunting today.

[Try and argue with her, guys. She dares you.]

[ Being the early riser, Yu's the one to open the door.

He looks not at all surprised when Rise breezes in past him, though he does have a small smile of incredulity on his face. Figures... ]

Morning, Rise.

[ Thankfully, he is dressed. He's not so sure about Yosuke and Dipper, though. Cupping a hand over his mouth, he'll call back into the apartment. ]

Yosuke! Dipper! Up and at 'em!

[ Yosuke's up. Dressed? Uh, PJs are too awesome, so. Nah.

That is, until he hears the door, followed by Rise's incredibly cheerful greetings, followed moreover by Yu's shouting -- the 3x combo does a pretty good job of making him scramble his butt out of bed and throw on some clothes. He calls out from his room: ]

Apartment hunting?! Like, right now?!

[ He'll be out in a second, promise fjdaksl ]

Right now, let's go! [She claps her hands in response. Don't make her go into your room, Yosuke...

She gives Yu another grin before she looks around the small apartment. At least she's not too impatient this morning; it doesn't surprise her that the other boys are off to a lazy sort of start.] At least you're up, senpai. What about Dipper-san?

[ And here he comes, still tugging on his vest and shoving his hat on his head. What is this. What is happening. It's so early. Why. ]

Where's the fire? [ As he yawns unapologetically. This may or may not be a serious question. He also may or may not have been up until late into the night, what can you do. ]

[ With a completely straight face: ]

Out in the hallway.

[ someone please stop him ]

[ Yosuke's not long after Dipper, scrubbing at his hair with both hands to make it... kindasorta do something a little bit respectable. ]

Out in the hallway, or right under our feet? Geez...

[ But he's got a lopsided smile on his face about it. He nods at everyone. ]

Alright, alright. We're ready to go?

[ Elbowing his best friend. Don't act so casual, you'll give up his game to poor half-asleep Dipper! ]

Wh- seriously?!

[ PARDON HIM WHILE HE BOOKS IT TO THE HALLWAY to verify this claim. You'd think he'd notice there's no smoke, but nope. ]

[ The elbow gets a small "Oof--!" ... but Dipper's reaction is worth it, and he covers his mouth to hide a snicker~ ]

[She's elbowing both of the boys with each elbow...but sidestepping to let Dipper get out the door.]

Don't tell me you always have to trick him like this to get him moving.

...Oh. [ Okay, he's just going to...nonchalantly lean against the wall now and wait for the rest of them. Whistling. Like none of that just happened. ]

Nah, not usually. He's just half-asleep.

[ Ambling out into the hallway after his poor kohai....

And lifting a hand in greeting, grinning as they catch up. ]

Morning. You seem a little more awake now.

[ He clears his throat and stands up straighter. Totally. Ignoring the whole fire episode. ]

Oh - yeah. I'm totally alert. Now. [ Glancing at Rise - ] So, uh, apartment shopping?

[She can't help it, she's giggling. Sorry, Dipper.]

Apartment shopping. If all four of us are going to live together we should find a bigger place, right? How have you three been living here anyway...?

Very carefully.

[ And with not a lot of furniture. Or stuff in general. Or space, for that matter. ]

... Mostly. So, this is probably a really good thing.

[ Understatement, really - honestly, Yosuke is super pumped about getting a bigger place and having Rise move in! But he's trying to play it cool. (He's also not quite awake yet, but not admitting to that immediately) ]

I dunno, I thought it was fine.

[ They're teenage boys, they just kind of managed. Yu is spartan to begin with, Dipper brought some furniture, and they kind of... got by...? Yu will lead the way down the hall. ]

Still, with four of us, a two bedroom apartment obviously isn't going to cut it. I think they go up to four bedroom places, so that's what we should get. The space would definitely help. It'll be easier for all of us to have company this way.

[ He's not slipping Dipper a look, because he doesn't even need to. ]

[She's trying not to look vaguely disgusted at the idea of the three of them cramming into a sparely decorated two-bedroom apartment. At least they're all in agreement and she's stepping in and leading the way.]

We can do a four bedroom apartment. I'm starting work soon so I can help out, too. [She can't help but tilt her head, giving them all a side-glance.] Company?

[ He lights up a little, as he walks along with them, his short legs doing double duty to keep up. ]

Hey, we can finally have a big enough space to play a proper game of Dungeons, Dungeons, & More Dungeons!

[ That's surely what Yu was referring to, right...

RIGHT... ]

[ Yu just laughs. ]

That's right. We can have real teams, and make a party out of it. We'll have to show Rise how to play.

[ He's not sure it'll be her kind of game, but he grins at Yosuke nonetheless. ]

Exactly. The more the merrier, right? It'll be fun!

You guys will have plenty of time to teach me how to play. [She's leading the way down the hall and into the elevator to take them down to the first floor.] I did some research online last night to check out availability in the residential district. I found some apartments that look like they're in good locations that I thought we could look at.

[The elevator dings cheerfully as they land on the ground floor.] I also bookmarked some furniture we could use since your apartment...doesn't really have much.

Wow, Rise... you're on top of it, as usual. Exactly what I'd expect out of our resident idol. [ He'll follow her out of the elevator, feeling once again grateful that she's here. ]

Somehow, it feels like you've been here for longer than just a day.

I had a little free time last night. [Somehow. It's hard to say when, but maybe it's just her style to make time. She looks back at the little group as she leads them through the lobby and out to the main exit.] But I won't say no to other suggestions, too.

[ Man, she really didn't waste any time, did she? Not that Dipper can blame her. Living along is...definitely not ideal, and a plan of attack is a much better way to approach this kind of thing. ]

So where are we headed first?

[Out into the gardens they go to see some of the other buildings. She points ahead of them at a large blue building just as tall and wide as the complex they came out of.]

This one had a few four-bedrooms that looked pretty spacious. Moving will be really easy, too, since you guys don't have much. Do they even have moving crews here? [Follow along everybody, they aren't too far.]

[ The fact that Rise is so on top of this might not surprise him, but it certainly impresses him still. ]

Even if they did, you're right, we don't really have much stuff. Saves us the credits, since we won't even need to pay for people to move it.

[ Sure, Yosuke, if that makes you feel better about having bare-bones nothing in that apartment... ]

And hey, when we do go looking at furniture, we'll get things that everyone likes!
