![]() So you've been introduced to the wonderful world of Tellus, and now, you're wondering where to go. Never fear, for the wonderful CEO and his team of supportive companions have ensured that you won't be completely lost! Heading towards the residential district, you find yourself facing some lovely hovering signs directing you to the large, beautiful dome garden in the center of the district. It's a rather large and intriguing location, and it's so huge that you may need to get a bike or transport to get where the arrows are pointing you to. Still confused? No trouble! The cute androids are willing to walk you there, or point you to the garden carts to transport you around. Once you get to the flower garden in the eastern garden sector, you'll find a large and flowery ground with pretty streams against the backdrop of the high rises of the city where a Job Fair will currently be held. This is where you'll be getting a look at the very many jobs available within the Colony, and these are just a few to start off with! Of course, that's not all to do here. Feel free to make your way around and see if you can find someone you know, or stop by the food stalls where a variety of meals to tempt you are around. Take some to your new residential spaces, and be sure to try the special delicacy of the planet, "Knight Burgers" are being served. The "Garden Burgers" are the vegetarian option, so don't miss out! Meanwhile, your resident CEO is clad in an apron, happily grilling away and handing out succulent burgers to his new arrivals. He holds out a single burger on a spatula with a smile, waiting for it to be accepted. |

Welcome to CEREALIA's Official Intro Log. Please forgive our appearance as we are still going through the final stages game completion… mostly fighting with table codes. While most pages are under development and/or hidden from the public eye, please don't feel discouraged, since knowing everything doesn't always make the experience. Your characters will know as little as you. For your convenience, we have compiled a post detailing everyone's arrival experience. Please read that and this ooc post thoroughly before playing. Thank you! |

It really ain't about the size'a it, kiddo.
[ The dude with a baby face should not call anyone a kid but he is older than he looks. ]
no subject
Oi, who're you callin' a kid here? [ He even stops mid-rant to the crocodile, that's how distracted he is by that part.. ] I've long passed the age where anyone could call me that, y'know. [ Just not.. mentally... all the time, at least.. ]
no subject
Y'look like one t'me.
no subject
Maybe you should start investing in some glasses. [ Since there must obviously be something wrong with this person's eyesight. Obviously. ] Or are ya just sayin' you're so brave that you're practically a jackass? No one'd think of calling one of the captains of the Shinsengumi a kid.
[ Not people who actually wanted to have good days with their heads attached to their bodies, considering just how scared people were of them in Kyoto despite them not being that terrible.. usually... ]
no subject
I don't think I'm in need'a any pair just yet. My eyes ain't all bad, even'f I'm gainin' years. [ He grins. ] I ain't got a single clue about that thing ya're captain of, but I'm probably more an idiot than brave, I'm thinkin'.
no subject
[ Totally an idiot for calling him a kid, that's what! Although after eyeing that damn crocodile again for a moment, his gaze slowly slides back to this guy instead.. ]
.. Never heard of the Shinsengumi? [ Not that it's weird to him - he certainly doesn't seem surprised, anyway - since there's so many different worlds out there, but a rare few had known about them.. ]
no subject
[ His best friend likes to call him an idiot at times, but that doesn't bother him. ]
No, never. It doesn't sound like it's American. It's gotta be knowledge that comes to the states after my time. [ It's not like he knows Japanese people from times before Shinsengumi, despite actually coming from after the time of Shinsengumi. ]
no subject
'course it's not American.. [ Said a little grumpily, but mostly since Japan is so closed off from westerners in the time he comes from that it's almost laughable to think it's from.. well, any place outside of Japan. ]
What time do you come from then, huh?
[ At least it's not really weirded out by the idea of this guy being from some other time than he is - jamjars taught him that much before. Especially since everyone seems to be from much later times constantly.. it's almost enough to make a man feel old, gosh. ]
no subject
Yeah, 'course. But then a lot'a non-American stuff're American now. [ like the people who crossed oceans and all that. His parents were British once, but he's totally American. ]
What 'bout yerself, then? Me, I was from 1908 when I stumbled from Bolivia to that other world I was in before here. I dunno 'bout years'n that one yet, though. Haven't been informed of it from Haruakira or 'nyone yet. [ Just. Casually talking about famous onmyouji. But he's not famous to him. And his canon is a damn jamjar so nothing weird about talking about coming from different eras at all. ]
no subject
I think people said before the time I come from is.. uh.. 1860-something.. [ Close enough, he decides, and he ends it with a small shrug as if to say "that's what you'll have to work with" without words. ] That's gotta still be from before your time then. Even if I have to admit I have no idea where Bolivia's s'posed to be.
no subject
Then you're from around the period I was born, that's cool. [ He's curious about it. Besides, pops and those other samurai were from even earlier than that, right? just forty-ish years a difference wasn't that much of a big deal. ] But yeah, it ain't close t' Japan at least, far as I know'a.
no subject
Although the other statement makes him raise an eyebrow - not sceptically, really, but more just curiously. ]
Oh, you're from that early on too? I'm used to people here bein' from way beyond that time. [ Even if this is some weird person who called him a kid!! ]
no subject
Yeah, I am. Though some years has passed since then, 'f course. [ He wasn't born that recently, after all. ] I've met people from hundreds'a years ago before, so I guess it's th' same for the both'a us them.
no subject
Why do these places always gotta be so complicated with times and places, huh? Couldn't they just take everyone from one time and spot? Sure would make everything a lot easier to understand and deal with.
[ But then again, who'd want a city full of samurai pissed off over being kidnapped.. no one, that's who. ]
no subject
Diversity creates a variety of opinions, ideas, and opportunities. Plus, we can all learn new things from each other, since we've a lotta different experiences. I'm guessin' that might be havin' somethin' to do with it.
no subject
[ Not that he has a problem with learning. Shinpachi likes to keep himself informed about things! He checked out new modern things back in Zelien! But even so.. ]
That kinda sounds like a dumb thing to kidnap people over.
no subject
[ Though that's one side of it. ]
Not if y'want 'em to work for you.
no subject
Either that, or they got something worse in store.
[ Don't even ask about the shit he's seen, man, he's fairly sure he understands just how bad this could possibly get. ]

[ Followed up by a sigh. In a sense he almost likes COMPASS more than CERES. At least they said what they were up to right off the bat, even if they were a bunch of cruel bastards who killed some of his best friends and then tried to make him kill another one of them as well.
Here though? Everything seems so nice and friendly and open - but thanks to Zelien, Shinpachi isn't inclined to believe even a single bit of the hospitality. ]
'sides, we're way outnumbered too. No matter what's gonna happen, we'll be completely at their mercy. [ Not a prospect he looks forward to, considering he doesn't trust them. Not that he doesn't believe he can't fight big groups, but going up against this entire city.. that seems like a little too much even for him. ]

But it still means we gotta gather more information first on who we're up against here. These surroundings are so weird to me that trying to go for something now without knowing anything would just be suicide.
