On Today's Brow-Raising Episode of Cerealia Hospital...
Who: Rock Lee and you!
When: The first few days of January
Where: A room in Cerealia's hospital
What: It's a hospital episode.
Rating/Warning: Probably nothing drastic beyond references to injuries and painkillers?
[Rock Lee had fought bravely during the night of Santa's spree of destruction. But he pushed himself far enough that there were repreccussions to be paid afterwards, in a hospital room. His right arm had been stabbed by a reindeer's antler, one leg was broken, and he pretty much amassed a variety of other injuries around his body- there's even some bandages on his face. Plus he'd opened some of his chakra gates, so that caused some of his injuries to be worsened.
It's essentially enough for him to have to be confined to a hospital room for a few days while still being able to force himself to try to do things.]
A.
[You might walk in just as Rock Lee is trying to slip out of bed. He can be on the floor, trying one-handed push-ups, or perhaps even making himself do sit-ups. He may alternately be trying to get the window open.]
B.
[Or you can find him when he's actually managing to stay in the bed. It looks like he may have been given some painkillers and is a bit giddy. Most likely, he'll be surfing the internet on the CereVice and finding things to giggle at.]
There are so many kittens...
C.
[Or you can find him in a drowsier state, trying to type out instructions for his martial arts students one-handed on the CereVice.]
I... hope that everyone was alright...
D.
[Wild card?! Just walk into his hospital room and see what happens!]

Oh - good morning! What are you-- [HM... This is a hospital, though. ...And those are bandages??] Wait a second— are you staging a break-out?!
[GET BACK IN THERE, LEE, no open windows for you.]
dat a
Ah... Oz-kun!! I... I would not call this a breakout! This is only a youthly... seeking of fresh air!!
no subject
Oh! In that case, shouldn't you call a nurse to prop the window open for you? You don't look like you should be out of bed...

Is your leg broken? [Why is he out of bed
no subject
...
...
...But there is nothing to worry about!
no subject
Isn't there a lot to worry about if you've broken a bone? You need to rest or it won't set properly! You need to build up your calcium again, too!

no subject
...Crunches, maybe? [no]
no subject
no subject
Wait—! Slow crunches!! Slow ones! Don't do 500 or you'll end up needing a stomach cast too!

[In what universe do things work like that.]
no subject
...!
I've got it! What if a good friend of mine... Does this exercise for me? It won't feel like a waste if someone else is becoming stronger instead, a comrade of my heart! Please do these 500 crunches, Oz-kun!!
[There is the price of your kindness.]
no subject
I'm not sure that exercise works like that... [But... BUT--]
Would it make you feel better, though?
no subject
It would! My heart would soar! We are connected by a spirit of youthful friendship... so I am sure that I will be enriched by you doing this exercise!!
no subject
How many was it again? One hundred...? [He's trying to cheat and even his cheating number is too much for him.]
no subject
Actually, it was 500! A low number, but I am sure that you will get a spirited workout out of it!
no subject
...I should probably do them out in the courtyard so I don't disturb any of the patients!

[It's the feeling that's also telling him he's about to die. HE'LL TRY TO COME UP WITH A GOOD DISTRACTION--]
Oh... How did you end up here, anyway? Were you out in the snow?
[On a marginally more serious note, which reflects in the mild concern of his expression.]
no subject
...You are right that I was out in the snow! But that is not when I was injured. It was in the mall, where I fought all of the enemies there, until I could no longer move.
no subject
That's... a lot of fighting. [Rock Lee don't be a hero, don't be a fool with your life Rock Lee...]
I'm glad that you made it here, in that case. How long do you think you'll be held under hospital care?
