Guess that depends on how much they actually told you. Or how much attention you paid to their presentation before.

[it's been a while, so he's not sure if that's changed at all since his own arrival.]

[ It would've been easier to pay attention had they not skipped through it so fast. ]

I paid as much attention as I could ... but it kinda seemed like they didn't want us to read some of it. [ Regardless of what the information was, it was a little weird. ] They mostly told us about how our worlds were destroyed, and they needed us here to help them.

[ And something about code. Things he didn't have a lot of understanding of, considering his own world's technological advancements. ]

Sounds like you've got the basics down. What you got is pretty much all they really want us to know.

[the implication here obviously being that he thinks there's a hell of a lot more to it than meets the eye.]

[ And Sorey certainly picks up on that implication. ]

[which is good, because yuri doesn't need the headache of explaining something that base right now.]

There's a lot they're not telling us. A hell of a lot of smoke and mirrors goes into what they say—I'd take even their truths with a heaping pile of salt. [he shrugs.]

Some people seem to trust them, so I guess that's at your own discretion.

[ Mmmnn. Well, Sorey would prefer not to trust them too easily, though he doesn't completely want to distrust them yet either. ]

Then I'll try to find out more before I decide on anything. [ He crosses his arms. ] Either way, I guess there's no arguing some of this stuff. Like that we're stuck here with them ...

[ You know, in a different world from their own. ]

[it's fair, and it's not like he'd fault sorey for that. yuri's done his part to be up-front about his stance, but he's not about to go preaching that his way is the right way, or the only way.]

Yeah, definitely can't argue that one. You'd have to be in total denial to do that—it's one of the few things that can be said for sure of this place.

And if we're stuck here with them like this, there's gotta be ways to learn more about them.

[ Exploring the areas? Waiting for them to show their true selves? Plenty of things. There's just gotta be opportunities lying around somewhere. ]

There's probably a way, but it doesn't seem like anyone's actually found it yet. These guys are pretty big on keeping things under wraps and putting a fresh coat of paint on their screw-ups.

[which probably says a lot in itself. there are a lot of screw-ups, and an equal amount of excuses to go along with them.]

They've gotta mess up on covering things up eventually, though ... Or leave an opening.

[ Like a clue somewhere around Cerealia, or maybe a way to meet with them, or ... something. Anything that'll give them a chance. ]

That's what I'm waiting for... but they sure as hell seem to have their bases covered so far.

Then I guess we'll just have to wait, or figure something else out in the meantime ... [ He's not without hope! ] But I'm sure we'll be able to do something about this eventually!
