[Kashuu is on the EXACT OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SPECTRUM, OH BOY. He's had a surplus of energy lately and (somewhat irritatingly, honestly, considering the handful of less-than-pleasant things that have happened in the interim) he can't seem to shake his bubbly good mood for long.

On the plus side, that means he can actually pass the remote without being a butthead! Mostly. He does kind of drop it on Mutsu instead of putting it in his hand, but at least it's not done maliciously...]

You just gonna lie there and watch TV all day?

[Something about Ookurikara doing Mitsutada things in Mitsutada's suit is surprisingly somber; almost a little depressing... Which is more or less why Kashuu hangs outside of the kitchen for a while when he's cooking instead of actually venturing inside - for once, it's not because he's shirking chores!

But there are only so many times he can pass by the area without making himself look suspicious, so eventually he'll poke his head around the corner.]

...You, uh. You need some help?

[The End Of The World: Ookurikara making food and Kashuu willingly offering to lend a hand.]

[ Kousetsu has been staying at the apartment on and off for a few days now?! So it's expected that he too would see Mutsu in this state as he comes home one day from work. Despite his obvious exhaustion he is trying to work probably to keep his mind off of...things. He does turn when called out like that by a rather pathetic look spirit. Kousetsu will come over, wobbly as he braces himself against the couch with a frown. He was doing pretty good today too. Either way he doesn't mention his own fatigue or the fact he almost fell down just now?! Right. Let's not mention that. Instead he will focus on the other. ]

Mutsunokami-san are you feeling unwell as well?

[ Seemed like there was a lot of that going around lately, huh? ]

( What are energy drinks and should he try them )

I dunno what's wrong... ( A beat, ) I was feelin` pretty good a while ago.

I dunno... is there anything good on today? ( Nothing has been very interesting these days, ugh. But while he's rolled over, he can get a better look at Kashuu and he just... squints for a moment. ) ... Ya're in a good mood...

( He's tired, but he isn't unware. He catches Kousetsu wobbling beside him and the concern he feels is enough to get him to sit up. )

Nah, I'm not sick. ( Which isn't exactly the same as feeling "unwell" but hey. ) What about ya? Ya look like ya need to sit a minute.

( And he'll even scoot over some. Sit, Kousetsu. )

[HE'S NOT PICKING ON ANYONE OKAY mostly... Mutsu's always a casualty though.]

Couldn't say. [A shrug follows. He actually hasn't been focused on the TV lately, so it's a true Mystery™ to him... He's been too buzzing with energy to actually sit long enough to watch something, lord help him.]

Yeah - I dunno why, but I've been in a super good mood. It's kinda nice! [Especially compared to these poor water-affiliated bums...]

[That knocking on the door is more like knocking down the door as Iwatooshi pounds his fist against it, taps on it with his knuckles, even scratches at it with his nails a few times to see if scaring the person inside would make them answer.]

I LIVE HERE NOW! [He calls from outside. He's nearly ready to strike it with his blade, had it not been for that thump from the other side... hopefully the current resident is not very intimidated by this very large sword trying to comfortably wield his weapon in this small hallway.]

[ Kousetsu wasn't typically a sword who drank, which was odd for Ookurikara to ask him then. But he does look back at the other and gives a nod?! Kousetsu drinking sake, lord help us. He shakes his head in a 'no' response at the question. ]

...I do not typical drink sake. But if you would like some company I will...be more then honored to drink it with you, Ookurikara-san.

[Sayo have been over at the other apartments more often, even more than before. Ever since Souza disappeared, Sayo's been restless with a lot of energy to spare. He wants to do things, anything helpful and he also want to see his comrades. So that he can see if they're still here.

Sayo's standing outside and waiting, before he looks up at Mutsu after the door opens.]

It's me, Mutsunokami-san. [...] You look tired.

[ Kousetsu will nod, dully, not entirely aware that he's already sitting heavily into the couch with a small sigh. He looks...really tired but he's been through somethings this month. He's hoping it'll get better. ]

...I have been tired these past few days. I do not know what is wrong.

[ Diligent Kousetsu has been so tired lately, he hasn't even gone to the gardens or shrine for a few days before today. ]

I cannot seem to gather up enough energy to do simple tasks. [ he sounds mildly frustrated to be honest. ]

[ He didn't actually care who his drinking partner would be, actually. He just wants someone to be there to either see him get wasted or actually get wasted with him. Considering what happened to Souza, Kousetsu was actually one person that quickly flashed his mind back there when he went in with the sake. ]

[ Honestly, at this point (or more like, today), Ookurikara doesn't really paid any attention to others but the usual chores inside the swordhaus that Mitsutada always told him back there. It was not even funny about how focused he was in doing the cooking.

He's not that cruel to ignore someone's call on him, though. Yes, even from someone like Kashuu. He's turning his head around over his shoulder back. ]

...Not really. [ There are actually a lot of things actually. It's just that he doesn't really know whether he needs someone to help him or not currently. ] Except if you can find something to do here on your own, I don't see why you shouldn't do that.

[ Ookurikara being irregularly rational, and Kashuu being kind of him. Tomorrow they are going totally going to have storm here in Cerealia. ]

[ When he was done with pouring the sakes, he's quickly shifting a bit to offer the glass to Mutsu, as well as grabbing his soon after.

Apparently, he shakes his head. Now's a good time to worry about the taste, Mutsu. ]

It was more expensive than the other sakes. It should be good.

[ Logically. But who knows whether the vendor was ripping his shit off. ]

[ The moment that he heard her laugh, it kinda soothes him a bit. At least he doesn't need to do extra to relieve the condition. ]

That was what Mitsutada always told me as well. [ It's still rather bitter to mention his name directly, but he still manages to hold a small smile. ] He told me that it would look- [ In a joking manner, mimicking his best friend's tone: ] -Stylish on me.

[ When her hand was there to pat his shoulder, he simply welcomed it. In fact, he's also moving his hand to pat Vietnam's hand that's on his shoulder. ] He also told me that he... has always wanted me to be here with everyone.

[ This time, another smile plasters itself on his lips. He's not here anymore, but he can imagine the proud, flamboyant smirk on Mitsutada's mouth should he saw him finally growing a spine. ]

[Ookurikara's imitation of Mitsutada was actually spot on, that shows how much he's been around the sword. That gets her to laugh again.]

Next time you can beat him at his own game. He might be good at it, but then you could be too. [Then again, Mitsutada might be too proud.

She glances at his hand, the touch of it telling her that he's ready. He's a lot more pleasant right now, and she's happy for him. She'll force herself to be awake now, just to keep him company.]

Everyone wants to be with you too, Ookurikara. I think they'll be happy to see you. [WELL after freaking out about the suit, but close enough.]

Yes, very energetic, no? I was feeling the same, even while everything was chaos.

[SOMEONE LIKE KASHUU HUH wow, gosh.

But since it's not really direct refusal or a "go away, destroyer of microwaves", he'll scoot his way further into the kitchen and look around. He still doesn't really know a lot about cooking, but since he's already made the offer, he might as well go through with it. Especially since they're both going to need to make up for bringing a storm by being so unnaturally helpful...]

—Oh. What about those? [Gesturing to a sieve full of potatoes in the kitchen sink.] You need those washed and peeled?

[ haru hasn't been attending school since all the flooding, of course, but he has still been attending practice, particularly since he's been so strangely energetic the last little while. today he'd been out job-hunting, though. it's weird that despite how sick he's been, he's still been able to get out and do things that need doing.

when he comes home to ookurikara in mitsutada's suit, cleaning of all things, he briefly considers the idea that he's much sicker than he realized. is he hallucinating, or..? .. on the other hand, with mitsutada having disappeared, maybe it had this kind of effect on his fellow date sword spirit.

wearing a mask to keep from coughing on anyone, looking a little flushed with fever, haru hovers in the bathroom doorway uncertainly, fingers clenched in the pockets of his cardigan. ]

Kuri-san..? [ normally, he'd never dare shorten ookurikara's name the way he does the others, but today he's just too ill and thrown off by all this to bother being that formal. ] You-- I was going to put tea on. Did you want any..? [ it's a thinly-veiled offer to talk, of course, but it's also simply an offer of tea. ]

► A: Gotta Do Somethin'_
[Ever since Souza disappeared, Souza have been... incredibly restless. It's a mix of having a lot of energy, far more than people usually see him with outside of the battlefield. If he's sad about Souza, Sayo's... coping it somewhat well?

He haven't went on a rampage or ask Haru for permission to seek revenge, at least.

Instead, he's been expending his energy trying to help out whenever he can. And that includes coming over to the apartments and asking if there's anything he can do. And after getting someone's attention, either while doing work or chores, he asks.]

Is there anything I can do?

[It's probably to keep himself company. Or to keep on eye on him and making sure Kashuu (the cat) won't escape and get wet. Even as the flood slowly drains out, Sayo likes having his CYbuddy nearby.

So while Sayo's visiting one of the apartments, he would bring Kashuu (the cat) over with him.

People would either:

1: THE CAT
Find Katshuu by himself, wandering around the apartment while his owner is busy with either chores or other work. He would look up when he notice someone approaching him and just stares.

2: THE CUTE
After Sayo was finished with the work, he still have a lot of energy to spare. But without any work he can do, either they're finished or someone else can handle it, he felt like he have to do something.

And after looking at Katshuu, he might have an idea.

... That would be why people would see Sayo playing with his CYbuddy cat without saying much. But it looks like he's enjoying himself.]

[SAYO AND KATSHUU what a pleasant surprise!! Without the surprise part, actually, since Kashuu's well aware of the Samonji plan to stay in the sword apartments for a little while as they regain their balance post-Souza. Honestly, he'd been expecting Sayo to be a little more out of sorts than he actually is, but... it's probably not a bad thing, right?

He'll make his way over to pat both Sayo's head and the cat's head, though!]

You all done? I saw you working earlier. [And he didn't even offer to help like a RUDE SHIT-- because he was busy with something else, but still.]

[It's probably not a bad thing that Sayo's looks and acts relatively okay. No rage or any of his usual bloodlust. Maybe he's calming down and learning how to deal with his emotions better?
