[LOOK, they eat anything, but in S*pernatural they hate salt so she's like go figure. Going with they like food right now.]

[Back to the kitchen he goes to get a plate. He isn't sure which one is best to use, but spirits aren't huge, right? So a small plate will work? He looks around, and manages to find one in the back that likely won't be used for awhile.

It's shaped like a panda face and about the size of his hand. Good enough.

He brings it back and hands it to Vietnam.]

[He came back with a really cute plate. She's staring at it for a moment after she took it like ah, she's endeared.]

This will work perfectly. [The hungry spirits should be appeased if they use such cute plates too? She now decides to stand up after all that relaxing.]

[He doesn't get why she's staring at the plate, but whatever. Some people were weird about plates.

He just shrugs, grabs the salt, and follows after her to the door, opening it to go out into the hall when they reach it. He turns around and holds it open for her, looking around.]

So what do we do with it? Just dump the salt in the plate and leave it?

[Dotanuki, it's like you and beastly creatures.

She thanks him after he holds the door open and follows after him before crouching down beside the entrance, putting the plate down next to the wall. It's positioned so that it's on the wall to the side of the door that's furthest from the stairs and elevator, that way no one will kick the plate.]

That is what we will do. [She holds her hand out for the salt canister.] It would've been better if we had a shrine, but we are doing a fast version here.

He hands her the salt canister (hopefully it IS salt and not sugar, he has no idea), then crouches down to watch her work.]

We can ask one a' the others to set one up if you're really bent on gettin' one.

Taking the salt, she now piles a generous amount into the centre of the plate. She doesn't want to waste it though, so it's not a full heap.]

It is fine. Since we are just trying to stop a curse. The others should be better at cleansing the place, no?

[He thought the salt was going to cleanse it? He really has no idea wtf is going on and is totally asking Taroutachi about all this later.]

If we use the salt, isn't that enough?

[Salt can cleanse it...in fact she'd say leave it on the table just in case.]

I'm not entirely sure the spirits will follow this lore. There's many ways to use salt, and salt might not work on them either.

[THIS PLAN CANNOT FAIL.]

We've done one part, that's all we need to do. [Not much else other than pray if they actually believe in it.] Now we just go about our business.

[he is asking taroutachi about this, like, tonight.]

Alright, then you wanna watch another movie?

Yes indeed.

[Firm nod! And Taroutachi sure is going to have a field day with this question. And now the task is done, Vietnam's back to being tired, so--]

[Doutanuki shrugs and heads back to the couch, searching through all the things he rented online. He randomly chooses one about some future war and starts it up.]

This one, I guess. I just get whatever's in the video store Master showed me.

[hoasen]

[Insert Star Wars joke even though we got Star Wars characters.

She follows after and then sits back down on the couch, waiting for him to start the movie up.]

I see, whatever looks good...oh! I think I saw parts of this one before when it was on the normal channels. It was good from what I observed.

You don't mind watching it again?

[Although he halfway expects her to fall asleep part of the way through.]

[She nods.] I do not mind at all. I do not remember everything, so I would like to be reminded.

[but yes there is a possibility that she will pass out only because of how tired she is.]

Alright.

[He sets up the video and sits back, but is going to keep an eye on her. The second she falls asleep, he'll put a blanket on her and let her rest it off. He remembers being that tired after all.]

[hoasen]

[She's watching intently after she shuffles over a bit for him to have space on the couch. But seeing as she has watched it before, someone that tired would start to drift and lean.]

[helmsplitter]

[When he notices that she's leaning, he realizes she's either going to lean off the edge of the sofa, or she could lean on him. He's not exactly comfortable though, so he glances around, finds a pillow and waits to see which direction she goes in.]

[hoasen]

[Wow both those choices end up with hard rock places (wait). Since initially she did position herself in an angle that won't have her lean off the edge, she does start moving towards his direction. Kind of like those strangers on a train. Damn.]

[helmsplitter]

[Yeeeep coming this way. Dotanuki sighs and places the pillow approximately where her head is eventually going to hit, holding it there until her head gets closer. It'll keep her from having to deal with any potential hard angles from shoulders or elbows.]

[hoasen]

[And fwoomp, she doesn't even stir because her head is softly resting in a pillow now. And in a stable position because it's a pillow on his side. Now she has support, she adjusts herself more comfortably in her sleep. THANKS DONUT, you're a good sword.]

[Well, at least she's sleeping and comfortable now. He watches her for a second to make sure everything is alright, then he settles in and watches the movie.
