[ A brief pause of silence, you might hear her whispering-- 'Did I say that right?' Until she continues on-- ] Ah! Remember to check out the latest ViViDeo experience! ♥ [ That pun was all her handiwork and she should be ashamed, please don't make her feel good about it. Though she almost seems to sparkle at the joke. ] ..Oh, should I explain the joke?

[ Of course she's simply a nurse aid, but she's happy to help whatever it can be. Maybe you've come for a check-up, or visiting someone, though she can be found sitting outside on her break- you might catch her doing a quick healing arte to heal up some scrapes or bruises of someone.

Though whether you're passing by or minding your own business, she'll be sure to get your attention. ] Hello! Are you here for a check-up? Are you hurt? Are you sick? Do you need a quick healing- or just some medicine?

[Rio seems a little startled by the speed with which Lailah bombards her with questions, looking like she's been caught in the middle of a crime. She puts her hands up and shakes her head, smiling nervously.]

It's-- It's nothing serious, I promise! Everything is fine, really...

[Pause. She seems to reconsider her original intent to dodge the attention, and instead decides to use it to her advantage.]

Actually, I don't mean to take up your time if you were on your break, but would you happen to have any multivitamins available? I just need a small supply for now.

[ There's some surprised when she hears the voice, yet she doesn't react in a hasty manner. Alisha looks rather thoughtful, cupping his cheeks with slightly widened eyes. Was this perhaps one of Lailah's jobs...? ]

Lady Lailah, is that you? [ She asks softly, curiosity genuine on her features. ]

B - he's technically an animal so...?!

[ hello there, co-worker! Zara's a nurse, himself, and has been one here in Cerealia since almost the day he arrived, so the new addition to the staff stands out to him easily when he enters the break room. He has no idea how unusual it is that she stands out to him in any way whatsoever. ]

Are you settling in all right, miss?

[ a friendly nod while he goes to heat up some water for tea. ]

[ he's carrying some bags and just blinks, absolutely curious as to what's going on. ]

ViViDeo experience? [ he arches a brow. ]

[it's a good thing it takes more than a weird, flailing robot to get riku to want to run away. really, he's more concerned about it falling over with all that movement. when it becomes obvious the robot will be fine, he's about to walk off... and then comes the punchline. riku raises an eyebrow before sighing softly. ViViDeo? really??]

No, it's hard not to get. [he almost wishes it was.] But you might want to come up with a better punchline than that.

[ lightning is looking decidedly unimpressed. blatant CERES propaganda, she wants to say, but she'd fear she'd look kind of crazy if she went around shouting that. either way, she sighs. ]

I get the joke. [ no laugh, though. ] You got the short end of the job opportunity stick.

Is that so? [ Lailah at least seems to have calm down from her sudden burst of energy, hands slipping to the front of her with a straightened posture. It's quite nice to be able to offer assistance and help to others so she got a little excited there.

At least her curiosity doesn't sit for long until she gets an answer and shows a friendly smile in turn. ] Multivitamins? I should be able to, yes.

[ Nevermind she normally just takes care and looks after patients, but she can totally help out there no problem!! She beckons for the other girl to follow as she leads the way. ] Is standard fine? Though I'm sure we have some of those chewy fruity ones as well. [ "Gummy." ]

Ah! Alisha! Good day to you, are you doing some shopping?

[ Isn't it strange for such an adorable round costumed thing be talking like her.. Not that she thinks any of it, Lailah just clasping those soft strange hands-claws together. ]

[ Lailah perks quietly up from her seat, a cup of tea in her own hands as she twirls the spoon in the china with soft clinks sounding out. ] Ah, yes, well enough at the least. Though everything is still so new nonetheless.

[ Look at those cute ears and tiny tail... Her eyes practically sparkle at the sight, SHE WANTS TO TOUCH... but she is a polite young maiden, so she refrains!! ] I don't mean to be rude, but are those real?

[ Though she has seen people dress up quite strangely, maybe she thinks too much of it.. even if they look very soft and fuzzy-- ]

[ tadashi, how many times must you suffer to Lailah's 'amazing' jokes and puns. ] Well, you see, it's a combination of the word play of ViViD and video--

[ Oh, wait, she actually knows this person! With a pop of that large round head, now a chipper Lailah appears! ] Oh Tadashi, good day! It's been some time since I last saw you, how have you been?

[ granted it's not her best work, but she thinks it was decent enough!! at least he gets it, which has her laughing quietly from within the costume.

yet.. that last comment piques her interest. ] You think so? I suppose I could have given it more thought, hmm.. Do you have any in mind?

[ it's okay lightning, we can possibly agree plenty people share the same views and thoughts as your own! certainly Lailah has seen some propaganda in her time within kingdoms and the like, but a job is a job. ]

Oh good! I had hoped it would be able to get across. [ she shall giggle for the both of them. ] It is a bit of a struggle moving around in such a costume- but it has its own enjoyment in some way. It's quite silly and fun. Plus, when I'm not here, I'm a nurse aid.

[ So at least she has a job that actually has her helping others. ]

[Rio pauses, trying to consider how to phrase her dilemma without seeming like she's doing something horrible.]

Actually, they're for my brother. He's so fussy, and I'm concerned he's not getting enough vitamins in his diet, but he absolutely refuses to take pills. So, I was thinking of using one I can hide in his food. Failing that, I suppose the chewables would work if I can convince him...

[It might take a lot of arm-twisting to get him to take them willingly, though. Rio purses her lips in thought.]

Is there perhaps something I can grind up? Or maybe you have a better suggestion? I'm not really sure...

Oh! [ the sudden unmasking catches him off guard. he didn't think it was someone he knew underneath that costume. you look silly, lailah. ] Hey there, Lailah.

Where... exactly do you work?

I see, I understand. [ Don't worry Rio, all sympathies here. The Seraph shoots the other a small smile, before reaching a cabinet and starts to search about for said mentioned multivitamins. ] The standard pills have quite a taste- so I can say they can possibly be detected when you grind them up and sneak it into food.. perhaps with the right dish?

The chewable ones seem to be favorable among all ages though. Like delicious little sweets! [ If you don't remember the fact they're still multivitamins of course. ] I'll leave it up to you to decide, but with the chewables they're quite safe.

[ And you wouldn't have a need to hide or go behind your brother's back. Of course she just smiles gently with an almost knowing look to the other as she holds out the two. ]

[ it's a good kind of silly, she thinks! ]

Well, when I'm not being a mascot, I'm also a nurse aid at the hospitals. [ And general care system, but she just goes wherever they need her. ] Though.. they weren't really specific with the CERES mascot thing.

I wonder if I'm doing it right..? [ what exactly does being a mascot even entail? she never did quite understand. ]

Well, you look the part.

[ he can't help but chuckle a bit at that, though. ]

You know, maybe you can teach me a thing or two about nursing. I'm making a line of CYbuddies who can administer first aid... any help would be great.

Then I must be doing well so far. [ Lailah looks pleased nonetheless. However, at his words, she starts to shift to set the round cartoonish head piece down. Hands moving to the front of her as a thoughtful look shows on her face. ] Nursing?

[ The Seraph certainly remembers talk of CYbuddies, she remembers meeting one in particular the last she stumbled upon Tadashi. Yet.. ] I'm afraid I'm still learning myself. My healing artes is more of the.. magical kind, powers based, so it isn't like the more physical treatment aspect.

I wouldn't be much help besides the basics. [ Her smile looks apologetic now. She wouldn't really be all that much help in the end, she feels. ]

[ artes, huh? he puts a hand to his chin and rubs it... he's definitely heard of that before. ]

You're just like Natalia, then. If you've got healing artes...

[ may as well share an anecdote. ]

You know, when I arrived here, she used some healing artes on me. I definitely didn't believe in it at first, but now, I'm starting to.

[ "Natalia"? that is not a name she knows. she can't really hide the surprise that comes to her that tadashi is familiar with the term. ] You know of healing artes?

[ Eyes widen a little with the curiosity, she even goes as to press a little closer when he goes on. ] Really? I hadn't been aware that there were others.. Is she human? [ Seraph know of such artes- but not many, if any, humans were capable. ]

[ he has to repeat it again; but he's just thinking out loud. ummm... ]

Not sure, but it seems like she is.

Are... artes rare where you come from? [ maybe she and natalia are from different worlds? ]

[ From the sounds of it she must be, right? Of course Lailah couldn't confidently say that if there was another Seraph here she would know. ]

I see.. [ A hand curls to the front of her lips, gaze lowering in thought until she looks back to him. ] In a way I suppose you can say that. Heavenly artes are learned among Seraphim like myself, mostly of an element but nearly all know of some healing artes.

[ A human, however.. ] I don't believe I've ever heard of a human learning artes.. at least those not of a special case. [ The Shepherd, for one. But she knows that it's impossible for that to be the case. ]

[ So it really is Lailah... that costume is really peculiar. ]

I decided to take a walk in order to become further accustomed to knowing my way around. --That costume-- Would it have to do with your job here?

Maybe it's just different where she comes from?

[ multiple universes, etc... tadashi will teach you those things some time, maybe soon. ] I mean, I doubt you guys are from the same place. [ especially when the two of you haven't met. ]

I see, that's always a good plan. Even after going around once it still seems all too new, doesn't it? [ Technology sure is strange... ]

That's correct. I'm a 'mascot' of sorts for CERES. [ Oh, given she has a job, only makes sense the others would too. ] Were you ever given a job as well, Alisha?
