I'm not sure if I'd compare this place as better or worse to anything else I've seen just yet... it doesn't seem like it's the worst place, though.

[confusing, strange, and a bit messed up? yeah. but really, what place isn't. it seems like people are getting by and surviving just fine in a general sense, and that has to count for something.]

Not gonna argue that it'd be better to be where we belong, but it doesn't look like that option's gonna be on the table for a while.
