[Well the strange bugs floating around so far have been harmless. They mostly scurry off when you get close to them. The alien life and setting puts him on edge either way.
He nods.] Don't worry about it. I can handle anything if it comes. [He hates fighting but he's quite capable at combat so... he'll keep her safe.
But ideally they won't run into any aggressive monsters and instead find some kind of shelter. So with that in mind he makes sure to be extra vigilant in keeping an eye out.]
