What: The De-Stress party/Athena's birthday party

[ Welcome to the Little Sister Cosplay Cafe! Athena's rented the whole place (thanks for paying, Phoenix!) to celebrate her birthday, so there's a big signage outside in chalk which reads "De-stress party! Come inside!" So basically, anybody who checks the network should know what it means.

Upon entering, one will spot a bright yellow dessert buffet table, decorated with all sorts of yummy goodies that you can think of! It's a cafe, after all. The desserts are good.

When Athena spots you, she'll immediately bow and say "Welcome to the Little Sister!" and despite this being her party, you may find that she's the only one still in cosplay. Of course she can't ask her other coworkers to get dressed and serve anybody who comes by - they need some de-stressing, too! So it's just her as everybody's waitress and hostess for the day.

By one of the corners is a karaoke machine, and each table already has a menu on top of it. Feel free to order whatever you want! There's a wide selection of American, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as some French desserts - although some are already laid out at the buffet table.

Come on, Cerealia! De-stress and cheer up again! ]

I'll just have to keep reminding myself about it, that's all! I keep on repeating it until I won't forget!

[And his 7 year old self was showing!]

[kids whining! and after Minako had been so nice to him] Okay, okay. I'll give you a really teensy tiny hint. But after that, you have to promise me you won't ask anymore. [she grins]

Of course I won't! And you know what?

[He said before giving his pinky out to her. And now there was a huge grin on his face!]

I pinky promise that I won't tell anyone! And I also promise that I won't bother you anymore about it! As long as it's something, I'm sure I can figure it out right?

[Minako giggles and links pinkies with Takeru] I'm sure you will. [but she hopes that he won't, at least not right away. she thinks about her hint, and then nods to herself]

Okay. You know about the solar system, right?

[Oh he will try! No matter what it might be, he will figure it out! But until then?

He just gave her a curious look]

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I do? But what does that have to do with your secret? [Pause] ...You're not an alien are you?

[another wink] I just might be.

[See that? Now that made Takeru's smile even bigger!]

Really? You are?! Then you got to tell me where you come from! I bet there must be a lot of cool stuff out there and especially when you compare it to Earth! It must be great and...

[Pause] Oh right, I'm not suppose to bug you about it anymore.

I gave you my hint! Now my lips are sealed. [Minako makes the motion of zipping up her lips and throwing away the key] For now, you just enjoy the party, okay? I'm sure there will be a lot of time to try and solve the mystery.

Awww, c'mon!

[He mumbled to himself. But as soon as Minako zipped her lips, he does the same exact thing!]

Then that just means I need to keep your secret safe! But I don't think being an alien is that weird! And especially when there's a lot of other people from other worlds!

Wouldn't that make us all aliens?

Yeah, that would. [Minako nods]

[And then a pause.

...And a longer pause.

And an even longer pause....!]

So wouldn't that make me have some cool powers or something? [Here he was half joking! And yet...]

[in those great pauses, Minako is stuffing her face again. everything is so delicious, she can't help it!] Not necessarily. I don't think all aliens have powers. You do have a talking pet, though!

Well, that's true too but Patamon isn't an alien! He's a Digimon! Like uh...he's made up of a bunch of zeroes and ones and stuff?

I don't know, how in the world do you explain all that weird technology anyway? [But seeing Minako with all that food only made Takeru's stomach growl even louder!]

It still doesn't make any sense to me and I've been living here for a while now!

You mean he's cyber code? [blink... they all are supposed to be code though, aren't they?]

Uh...I guess so? I guess he's a cyber cyber code? Like an even super cyber code?

[Pause] I wonder what would a super cyber code look like!

[computer talk! Minako's bored already]

Well, whatever he is, he sure is cute. [she moves to scratch under Patamon's chin] Both of you are!

[With that Patamon and Takeru couldn't help but giggle a little]

Then that just means that whenever Patamon evolves, I'll need to show you what Angemon looks like! Because he really is awesome and I don't think he'll mind giving you a flight around Cerealia whenever that happens!

And trust me, you'll be so amazed, you won't know what to say!

[evolves? Angemon? kids today, with their newfangled cyber pets! at least Takeru sounds happy when he's talking about it]

I don't know what to say right now! Just promise me you'll show me when this angel-man shows up!

Don't worry, I will!

But if you like, I can probably show you a drawing of it! Because I really think that's the best I can do to show you how great he is...

[mumble mumble]

[why is he mumbling? Minako leans down, resting her hands on her knees] Hey, it's okay. I don't mind waiting. Besides, this awesome guy can be like your secret to me!

Really, it can?

[Pause] Although, i don't really think it's much of a secret! A lot of people know about Angemon already so...

[Even more mumbling!]

It's okay, really! It's still like a secret to me.

You sure though? Now I feel really bad because now I don't have a big secret to tell you too!

[Well, there was one but...!]

Although, I’m not sure if it’s a good thing that I don’t or not.

It's really okay, whether you have a secret or not. You should stop moping about it and party!

Well, if you say so! As long as you're not sad about it though!

[Although that doesn't really erase the pout on his face. But still...]

Then you want to go back to the party and dance for a bit? I think that's probably what we need right now anyway!
