Needless to say, he had a lot more free time than he was comfortable with. More than he'd like to admit of it was spent trying to track down Loki, and while he would spend every moment he could doing that, Peggy had managed to convince him to take a break and join her at the movies.]
I agree, this really was a good idea--

[It was frightful, sure, but he didn't hesitate to strike out at it, attempting to get it away from her. Only, that's all it was - an attempt. His hand went right through it. It dematerialized some, but it came back quickly enough, now turning on him.
But he would much prefer that. If he could keep it's attention, giving Peggy room to get up and away, that was fine by him.]
