He's drawn out by his curiosity today since the treats she's setting up definitely look good, so of course he finds his way over sooner or later, only to be a little caught off guard when he's greeted with her phone. Though speaking had been his first impulse, before he gets a word out the thought strikes him, and like the impulse to whisper back when someone whispers to you, he starts to (very slowly, in a way that shows he's still getting used to it) type a message into his phone, showing that to her instead.
