.. No. I don't think I could keep anything down right now. ... Thank you, though.
[ he's quiet for a moment, soaking up the tachi's warmth, before making a muzzy, quiet noise. ]
I'm glad you're not getting sick..

It's odd. There are some of us that are affected and some of us that aren't. [ With that, the little fox tugs his saniwa closer to his side. ] Whatever protected me from this unknown illness, I wish I could offer to you.
[ A small sigh. ]
Is there anything I can do? Anything, big or small...

[ after all, haru's been sick plenty of times. his swords, on the other hand, haven't had to experience this--much, at least--and the less they have to, the better. he's just sorry that any of them are as miserable as he is.
he goes a little boneless, partially out of exhaustion and partially simply grateful for the comfort, fingers sliding from his blanket to curl in kogi's clothes. ]
I wonder what the pattern is..?

From what I've seen, Tsurumaru and I are mostly unaffected. Mikazuki-san, as well. Ishikirimaru and Namazuo are both ailing, and the smaller fox and his tiny fox have been mostly limp in the foxpile.
[ Kogi takes some time to brush a few stray hairs out of Haru's face, fingers that barely graze his forehead. If there's a pattern, it may not make sense to only use the occupants of the Swordhaus, but... ]
Perhaps it is only affecting the youngest of us? No, that doesn't make sense... but it doesn't matter. It's hurting the ones close to my heart, and I can't sit well with that.
[ Another rub of the back, but with a little firmness this time. ]
You should be in bed, it's probably more comfortable than the couch. Will you let me carry you there?

still, guilt makes a knot in his chest, seeing the concern in the spirit's features, hearing it in his voice. he shouldn't worry them like this. he hates that they worry about him at all. (on good days, haru has begun to think that he might be worthy of a little of the affection they give him-- but today isn't a good day.) ]
I.. [ he trails off, shivering helplessly, struggling to think through the haze. at last, though, he nods slightly. at least if he's in bed, the others don't have to see him like this. ] .. Okay. I-- I can walk, though. [ maybe? ]

Still, he can't help but feel guilty. If anyone should be sick, it should be the swords. They're strong and capable and should be above illness. Then again, it's not any old, generic kind of malaise. Either way, it hurts him to see Haru like this while Kogitsunemaru is able to freely shop, eat tofu, and fight customers.
If it were a different time, the little fox would be more coy and 'grandpa'ish, anything to get a little rise or blush out of him. For now, he'll settle with making sure Haru gets healthier. ]
If you can get up, I'll follow behind you... but if you can barely stand or move, I'll take over.
[ This may be the calmest and most cautious he's ever been. ]
