Huh? People have seriously been still going out into the jungle?

[After they spent nearly a month or so traveling in there?! That was just being a glutton for punishment. He'll take another swag from his drink as the question marks pop up around his head. So this definitely had something to do a surprise jungle adventure...]

Unless there's a really cool treasure waiting out there... I don't see the point of exploring around. What exactly were they trying to accomplish out there?
