The cries had fallen on Rinne's ears hard, the presence shaking his ill-rested body. The Haori of the Underworld was on his body, and he had taken to the sky to find out what was going on, before spotting the evil spirits. There wasn't much of a choice in the matter. Rinne was curious to know why they were so angry, who the murderers were, but there was no time to ask. His scythe ripped through the ghosts, all in an attempt to purify them before he dashes on, finally going street-level.
Whether you can see him or not, if you're being stared down by a ghost, he's coming right in to swipe through. It disappears, and he takes a moment to catch his breath. ]
Just how many of them are there?

[ Rinne was tired. There seemed to be no end to the spirits, and he'd barely been getting any rest to begin with. He wanted to know what they were after, if they were meant to be friend or foe, but they were clearly evil spirits nonetheless. The location made everything muddier, and the shinigami barely had time to think while his scythe did what it could to purify the ghosts.
He rested against a building, before his eyes focused on the girl before him, twin braids swaying in the wind as she gazed at him, that ever-present hard to read expression on her face. She seemed sad, but like the girl had always been, she wasn't showing it easily. ]
Sakura... Mamiya? [ Was she an illusion? No, even if she was, she needed to be sent away... but he froze when she spoke. "Rokudo-kun, I need you to do something for me." And his body had gotten too weak for him to resist, being pulled away.
Was it a ghost? If it was, it needed to be caught. Hence why he was walking with his Haori turned inside out in his hands, eyes only seeing the back of Sakura Mamiya's head. There was only one way to find out if anyone else could see.
It didn't help that he was heading into traffic at a busy intersection. Had to bank on luck--! ]

Let me go!
[ Rinne's command is loud, as he attempts to get past the McCERES mascot that's currently fiercely blocking his way, handing him coupon after coupon after coupon. Which would be up Rinne's alley, if they hadn't already expired. Damn them, how evil could a spirit be? When he turns to get away, he's blocked by yet another mascot. A McCERES gang appears to have formed around him, and he can be found dodging coupons while trying to find an opening to escape. They're sure as hell not making it easy on him. And you might be asking, why doesn't he break one?
He can't afford to pay for any damages done to a robot. Not now! ]
