[holy carp. England was not expecting that they'd be flying (he knows it's not really flying, but...)! he was expecting to walk through one of those disorienting portals and wind up in the Residential District. this? this is scarier than any ghost!
he may have started yelping and grasping for Chibi once they got going, clinging not quite unlike a frightened cat that doesn't want to be dropped into water. it's... kind of comical, really. hopefully no one else sees them.
