There's one for calling, one for texting, one for the library now...for...whatever reason...they're programs to tell devices what functions to perform and provide a whole bunch of information. There're apps for games and movies and books--Tadashi made one, too. His is used to track people in the colony and it'll tell you when people show up or disappear and they're connected to his robotic birds that can pinpoint a person's location in the city via a tracking system. That's how he found out I was here in the first place.
[And GPS trackers in his hoodies are exactly how Tadashi kept tabs on him at home. It's clear that he likes to talk about these things and that he's comfortable explaining them.] Don't say I didn't warn you, okay? I don't mind questions either. It's a lot of discussion of metal and welding and programming and maybe he's talking a little too much but it's a pretty big project.
