You know that guy, too? He's been taking care of Sayo and Kousetsu for a while, with Sousei. [And while Kashuu is closer to Sousei, he likes Tenka by proxy, more or less.]

I went to his bar once and he gave me a hard time, y'know. But if it's a good place to drink, I guess I don't mind going back.
