Eh, it feels like... ...Well, which part are you talking about? Like, being a sword sword or just- [wiggles fingers] -existing as a sword spirit in general? And I'm not sure if you could make a tsukumogami. Usually it's like, people with a lot of spiritual power who do that, y'know? But anything has the potential to become one! It just takes at least a hundred years and it helps if the thing was used a lot or was reeeally important to someone.
