It's...creepy. So he tosses it out, but it's of course back in his hand. He's been to festivals before, and people wore masks, yes. But this one was so eerie blank, and he can't help notice some people moving out of the way.
Maybe it'll ward off people trying to sell him things or give him more fortune cookies. He nearly considers putting it on, but what if something happened? He'll opt for holding instead.
He might try to hand to you, though. Maybe that'll work better than throwing it away. ]

[ He's not doing any petting, but he's standing there and watching. Just in case. Those animals, fences are no, didn't look any friendly. Why can't there be normal animals for once. He's almost not surprised when all hell breaks loose. Several people bump into him and he's putting a hand on his sword and dodging to avoid being tramples. ]

Yep, he's putting the mask on that he got from earlier as he hangs there. He'll hang there for a while...and hope no one recognises him. If they do, at least he has a thing over his face so he doesn't have to look directly at him.
