[closed] When your eyes can adjust and you see what’s in view
Who: Hiro Hamada and Yu Narukami
When: IC 5/15, directly after the end of the carnival
Where: Hiro's workshop at the tech and auto shop
What: Hiro and Yu have the grand idea to tamper with the mask from Aria the fortune teller
Rating/Warning: Nah
[When Yu had first told him about the masks that the fortune teller was handing out at the carnival, Hiro had been slightly skeptical. He had plans to go get one himself but those plans never panned out. Just because he didn't get one himself though didn't mean that they weren't going to follow through with their plans.
You see, once upon a time there were a set of library books. In those library books, there were chips that were sending out signals and messing with the residents of Cerealia. When Hiro learned of these chips from Kon Shinonome he'd told Yu. It was for that reason that Yu wanted to know one thing.
Was it possible that the masks also had chips? Is that why they wouldn't leave their new owners alone?
Hiro hadn't seen the masks personally, so when Yu called him and said he was ready Hiro immediately directed him to his workshop so they could work in private. Ushering his friend into the room he flops in his desk chair and immediately flicks on a lamp in addition to the overhead lights, pushing another chair out for you.]
So. Did you find out anything else about this thing? [He's not looking at his friend yet as he prepares his workstation with anything they might need. It will be a few moments before he looks at mask itself.]
