Who: pack mccall, cerealia branch
When: backdated to about 5/11 or so icly
Where: some sidewalk somewhere because malia has no manners
What: someone in cereal stinks super hard and malia has to figure out who
Rating/Warning: wolves being wolves, teens being teens, dumbs being dumbs
[ so malia is, admittedly, not very good at paying attention to who comes and goes in cerealia. she figures that if it's important to her -- she'll eventually figure it out. or they will. stiles would probably just call her, right? if he ever shows up. which he won't. and she's not bitter about that fact at all. whatever, ceres! scott would probs howl or something i mean lbr.
anyway, that was sort of the theory. in practice, since ceres' new vivid level, she's been feeling... out of sorts. like there's something off in the air or her body or both and she cant exactly place where it is. did she... miss something? did ceres do something? she honestly can't figure it out. there's just some sort of stench in the air that makes a growl rise in her throat and her claws dig into her palms. shit, she needs to do... something.
so, she goes for a run! after school, after work, she goes back home and changes into a t-shirt and running shorts, ties her hair up and goes. running. she hates running in cerealia, too much city and not enough dirt but with the forest now open to them -- it's a bit less... claustrophobic. she's focusing her nose on the drifting smell of wood from the edges of the city and less on the mechanical taste of cerealia when she smells -- it. whatever it is. another wolf?
she takes a turn on a sidewalk, off of her usual path and speeds up a little. there's something there, there's something there, there's something there. at the end of the sidewalk, it's something she knows -- someone? someone she knows and malia doesn't really think about it as she just takes off at a dash and --
tackles it.
him.
she tackles liam to the ground.
and if that's not enough, she finishes it by pulling her hand back and punching him in the face. sorry, liam! ]
