[He doesn't know they're called Pokemon yet, but Minato's pretty impressed anyway watching Beldum float beside its master.
He returns a stare when it looks at him. It's pretty awkward, to be honest.]
That would explain how it got stuck in the trash can...guess it's too young to be on its own.
