Only the Magi, like Aladdin, who are beloved by the rukh and have access to all of the energies in nature, can bring them out into the world at all.
Since Mister Haru already has at least a dozen of your bretheren manifested even here, I don't think it's wise to attempt. But, if all parties are in agreement to try, it might be interesting to see how it works.
