I didn't realize that power outages used to actually be common around here. The stuff after the flood was my first one in the colony. [He doesn't seem to mind the fidgeting. He does it quite a bit himself.] I think really the best solution would be building our own tower to conduct a signal but actually getting that done in a good amount of time and without CERES noticing would be a huge pain. So we're looking for other solutions. I could probably make something if I found the right parts but so far no luck.
