Both her and her Pokemon are caught off guard by that, which is what causes her to hit one of the first rocks going down, dislocating her shoulder on the way. Luckily, however, her Blaziken reorients itself part of the way down, and it's able to catch her in its arms (thank goodness for agile Pokemon) before they fall into the water. Instead, it'll land on a rock just barely sticking out above the edge of the water (it's a fire type, it doesn't want to touch that stuff).
The water breaks her Aggron's fall, though. Except Aggron aren't good with water, so it's not ... the best cushion for it ...
It takes her a few moments to come to, but when she does, the intense pain in her arm makes itself immediately apparent. She's got a higher pain tolerance than most kids her age, and normally bruises and scratches don't phase her at all, but having a dislocated shoulder is painful and nothing can really help her with that.
She winces and grinds her teeth as she grabs her arm, before she notices her Aggron down there in the water and shakily moves her free hand to return it to its Pokeball, a soft apology escaping her (she feels pretty awful right now). And then she moves that hand right back to her arm, as she looks around the area and tries to get her bearings. ]
