You're standing on the train platform, surrounded by your closest friends and the two people who have become family to you over the course of a year. Some of them are crying, which is alright. You hadn't expected them not to cry. There's no delaying this any longer, even though the feeling in your chest is so bittersweet. The train is about to leave, and you have to step inside. The doors slide shut behind you, and as soon as you turn to look out through the glass, you see Yukiko crying, and everyone else starting to chase the train as it departs. Everyone... they're following the train as far as the platform will go.
If they carry on like this, they won't be the only ones crying...
"Thank you for everything! Stay well until we meet again some day!"
"You'll always be my Sensei forever!"
"Please don't forget about us over there!"
"I love you, Senpai!"
"I'll do my best! You better not run away too, Senpai!"

The train platform runs out... all you can do is smile. Your precious friends... with whom you've formed unbreakable bonds. You love them so much. They stop running, and you stand there for a moment more, watching them, before you move to your seat and stare out the window. Once you sit, you pull a picture out and gaze at it for a while.
No matter how far apart you are... it's true.

It takes a few moments for the memory to let him go. Yu lets go a silent, shaking breath, hoping Hiro won't have noticed. ]
