Yup! Just wait until you see Tailmon, she can evolve into Angewomon and she can turn into a person too!
[It's because not to question Digimon logic, Yusuke. The more you accept it, the better things will turn out!]
But as far as I know, they aren't the only Digimon who can turn into a human! There are a lot of evil Digimon that look like a person too!
