[It doesn't take Kara long to learn how to master the art of flaming drinks. She has plenty of experience in the art of mixing drinks (admittedly shittier than what she's learned here) and she likes playing with fire. Plus, it helps that the booze is better than that from the Cloud Nine's best. She's ready for another busy night, one of their most popular when they pull in the most money, and finds the bar counter full in no time.]

A. The List

[Kara looks down at the scrap of paper in her hand full of scribbled ingredients before she looks up skeptically at the person across from her. Do they honestly know what they're in for? There's no way this is going to go well.]

I gotta ask again for liability: are you sure? This is gonna taste like shit.

[ Kara cocks an eyebrow.]

Give me one good reason I shouldn't have you booted out. You haven't paid your tab in months! Who seriously does that?

[Never you, Kara...no...selective memory sure is convenient.]

I refuse to make you one more drink until I get something in return, preferably the money you owe.

[Raven slinks in as promised on the night they'd agreed, and what he assumes is a time towards the end of Kara's shift. Maybe he just wanted to keep her in suspense as to whether he'd show up... or maybe he's hoping for more than just a discount and some friendly banter at the end of her shift. She did flirt back, so a guy can hope, right?

Either way, he's here now, claiming a spot at the bar with a grin on his face.]
