PHASE II

[ It is a very good thing that Togami has been working on reassembling his Hacking Gun, or at least, it seems like a good thing. While the city is chaos, now he seems like an action hero of justice, appearing out of nowhere to destroy robots or cars right when they seem about to hurt someone. His aim is precise, going for one-shot-kills—he has to conserve his bullets, after all. That pragmatism sure makes him look extra-cool, though. Maybe your character is one of the ones he helps out. You're welcome!!

Or... maybe he shows up to "save" you later in the day. Even though the Hacking Gun itself isn't CERES tech, the bullets were collected through ViViD, and as the day goes on, they're starting to malfunction more and more frequently. So, sometimes, he'll show up to dramatically save someone from a runaway car, but instead of the car exploding, it transforms into a killer mecha or something. Listen, hacking into technology that's going haywire, when the hacking is also going haywire, is pretty wild. At least in those cases, once he realizes he's made things worse, he takes some responsibility and puts himself between the person and the technology. ]

PHASE III

[ All this stuff happening is sure stressful. Good thing now Togami's code is glitching out to distract him from it!!1 If you encounter him, he looks bright and cheery in a way no one has ever really seen him look before, patting you on the shoulder. ]

You should just relax. Don't worry so much! It's a beautiful day!

[ This is gonna be awkward for everyone in five minutes when this wears off. ]
