Keigo hadn't moved an inch since he stopped to rest against that building, despite his body feeling like it was listing to one side. The last time he felt like that was... probably when he had a high fever. Reiatsu had never made him feel this way before, but perhaps that was something to think about at a later date. It was an uncomfortable sensation bearing down on him, so much so that he felt over-saturated in it. It was hard to pinpoint aura when it was all surging forward at once.
Which was why he didn't actually sense the presence behind him. Or perhaps he did, but simply didn't notice. It melded into everything else so easily. He did, however, hear the voice, and he lifted his head, glancing at the woman who'd approached him.
"...N...o...?" he said, and he certainly didn't sound confident about his answer. It was hard to tell even where he was anymore. Or really what the woman looked like. Red hair? Sort of looked like Abarai's hair. That made Keigo grimace. "I'm having trouble seeing right now, sorry..." he muttered, straightening his posture as he used the wall as a counter-balance.
