Delita is not the sort of person who gets cosplay. Like, that's not the sort of thing that you have time for in Ivalice. There's wars going on, there's famine, there's death, there's just general unpleasantness because the world as he knows it basically consists of an evil plot pileup (a pileup that he sits atop of, no less). But the point is that generally it's not a concept he gets. Kougyoku had talked about some sort of cosplay cafe, and he'd seen people dressed up, but --
This was. New. And different. Unlike a lot of things that he found extremely novel and almost exciting, though (computers! microwaves! electricity!), cosplay cafes were... not nearly so novel. They were pointless to him, but he was going to humor Ada and show up anyway, because that's the kind of nice, polite thing you do when you're trying to make friends.
Delita does not judge her magical girl outfit. Okay, clarification: he doesn't judge it to her face. Inwardly he is all sorts of hella judging, because her job apparently is to dress up in clothing and serve customers and... well, shouldn't she have been ready when he showed up?
"It is no problem," he says, and while it's a lie, there's no indication that it is. He'll merely deal with it for now, taking a seat and looking distinctly out of place. No, Delita is not the average cosplay cafe goer. Maybe her coworkers are wondering why he's even here.
