[Kaoru found the place with relative ease but it still felt a little nerve wrecking. Luckily Kenshin had made the sweets and the tea but she still worried about either over doing it or making herself seem strange. All the same it was best to push it back for now. She could treat it as if they were friends, right? Or well... they would be friends she hoped. Tenka was nice and friendly enough that she didn't mind granting that title eventually. Sousei was more of a closed book so it was hard to tell with him.

Once the address is found, Kaoru tucks the tea and snacks under one arm and knocks lightly on the front entrance.]

[She did offer tea... hopefully they were both home?]

[Definitely home. Tenka even made sure that Sousei stayed home so that they could all have tea together like, y'know, actual friends. So he's opening the door with a big grin when Kaoru knocks and steps aside easily so that she can come in.]

[BUT LUCKILY NOT THE KAORU THAT'S A SHITHEAD--

When she does come in, she may notice that their living space is completely.... unfuturistic. Their main investment has been in making the apartment look as similar to the Cloudy Shrine as possible, aside from the kitchen that they've essentially left untouched. From the low tables to the cushions and general lack of chairs, they've changed the place to suit their tastes accordingly.]

[Oh my god IS HE FLIRTING??? She's not sure if he's just flirting or being nice but her face feels hot and she immediately holds the snacks out towards him though it's forceful enough it might seem like a shove. She's so sorry, Tenka.]
