Phase IV

[Having not yet experienced the ride, Lily was already at the vendor stands. Grabbing food herself, especially cotton candy. The woven pure sugar was enough to make her happy about this entire event! As she eats it she absently bumps into someone. Unable to stop it she watches her candy hit the ground in horror.]
