[Rei isn’t quite shaking that badly, but her entire body is flush against his as she tries to keep Yosuke under her. That’s just what a soldier would do, protect the civilian until she could fight and kill the aggressor, and apologize for the burn scars later. But when she finally gets the transformation crystal out of her pocket, she notices the change in the spiritual pressure in the car. The lights flicker back on, and she looks up, eyes darting to and fro in an understandably wary manner.
And when she’s certain that the spirit is gone, she heaves a long, heavy sigh and looks down at Yosuke. He looked so…pathetic, under her, his face all screwed up in fear. What a weakling, and nevermind that her heart was still hammering in her chest. And the sounds he was making were just…pitiable. The closeness was almost enough to make her angry…but then, rationally…she couldn’t fault him, she knew better than that. She’d jumped on him, or been knocked on him.
