[for his pause, nitori receives only a level stare. one cannot really call it patient because it's not about patience in this case; one can call it a look of simply waiting however, because that's precisely what it is. haru waits, listens, and pauses before mumbling a mild yes for it being 'just you', shaking his head at the inquiry regarding a bus, and blinking a little wider at the mention of rin.

on the surface, nothing changes much; on the inside is another matter, his chest tightening and his stomach dropping. it's almost like being in that whack-job of a ferris-wheel again but minus the motion. ]

He...should?

[well if it's a dream, anyone could. but haru isn't too keen on seeing rin right now whether he's here or not. regardless, it's not rin who is in front of him right now anyway.]

Well...I haven't seen him. [as his previous words probably made obvious but he says it half to himself really, glancing around as if red hair and curiously pointy teeth will suddenly appear at their mention. it seems rude to outright leave, but he considers it briefly -- it's not like a dream will be judging him too hard. maybe it's one of those dreams where you have to go back to sleep to wake up?

it's this and other similar improbable lines of escape haru contemplates as his gaze returns a little unreadably to nitori aiichirou. probably he ought to ask him something, say something, but nothing comes to mind.....so haru just keeps staring.

there's nothing overtly unsettling about it except for the fact that he's silent, the surrounding noise of santa bots, distant sounds not unlike screams (?!), and the like filling in all the blank spaces.]
