[When Kuzuryuu starts sputtering and struggling for words, admittedly Tenka isn't the most impressed. He's still bristling with his temper entirely flared. After all, he's cared for his brothers since he was 13 - the instincts to immediately lash out at anyone that could hurt his siblings is strong and ingrained. Yet at the same time, he's got this distant awareness that Kuzuryuu is important to Peko and if they haven't met yet, then he shouldn't lay a hand on the kid. That could just end up making Peko upset in the long run.
Though at least the apology manages to get his shoulders to level out, his posture reading less and less like he's gonna sock Kuzuryuu in the gut (and boy, was he about to). He's still not quite as relaxed or carefree as he was earlier, though. No, his eyes are still serious as he starts to treat the matter with the attention that it probably deserves if Kuzuryuu is taking it so seriously.]
... Apology accepted.
[But that part is easy. Tenka forgives everyone. He crosses his arms then, considering his words here-]
I don't know the entire situation between the two of you. [He'll admit that now.] But I know what Peko's trusted me with and all I'm saying is be aware of the space outside of yourself. I trust that you've got a good heart and you care about her - that's obvious even to an idiot - but showing it is another thing entirely.
Sometimes what you think you need to tell someone and what they need to hear are different things, Kuzuryuu-kun. [He pauses and adds:] Just do me a favor and remember that.
[It still sounds like a lecture to be honest and yeah, he's still intruding in a relationship that isn't his - but there is a distinct effort here not to talk to Kuzuryuu like a child. Like Tenka said, he'll only treat him like one if he acts like it and owning up to a mistake like that? Well, that's already better than Tenka had expected.]
