[ Considering she has quick reflexes, she reacts quickly. She deflects it by holding out the stick she has and hitting the one coming at her with the stick's length. SURELY THERE WAS SOMETHING ON TV WHERE SHE GOT THIS IDEA FROM.

(What she really wanted was to catch the stick with her hand, but thought that she'd get scolded if she did that.) ]
