[All right, so this is clearly not working. Vector has always relied on dodging and hiding behind others instead of fighting properly, but he's been even more obnoxious about it today and Mizael is just going to tire himself out if he keeps this up. He has to get Vector on more even ground...
Which obviously means a duel. If Vector still has any of Don Thousand's power, it won't work, but he hasn't shown any so far...so he should be just as handicapped as Mizael, and Mizael would like to think they're otherwise fairly evenly matched. The biggest advantage Vector has over him is his temper, and he'd been able to work around that with the Arclights and Kaito.
