[Feeling her pride flare a bit, she slams a foot down stubbornly in front of her. It should have been one hit, as far as she's concerned, but clearly they're just too stupid to die when they're supposed to.]
Sylphine! Perfect Freeze!
[Sylphine fires off a stream from her wings that looks like water, but impacts like the very essence of winter itself, flash-freezing the elves to the ground and most likely dulling their senses to boot. There's a faint shimmer in the aftermath, and the bird-beast drifts back, seeming to know exactly what her duelist is planning to do next.
Without a word, Rio walks up to the elves, seeming calm but giving off a threatening aura. The speed at which she swings out her leg to sweep them all with is hard to process, but it's a hard enough whack to not only incapacitate all of them, but to break the very ice they're encased in. With limbs frostbitten and probably a few bones broken, the remaining elves slump to the ground with a few stubborn twitches and weak reaching for their target before giving in.
She doesn't dismiss Sylphine in the aftermath, though, only glances at IV -- beyond him, even, right down the hallway.]
There are other people here in the same situation as us, aren't there? And I'm sure not all of them have the ability to defend themselves. At the very least, I want to stay here and help as many of them as I can before I try to leave.
[Then her attention focuses back on IV, eyes softening a bit. It's a bit surprising how effective the Barian gaze can be when there are no other facial features for her to express emotion with.]
...Last chance. Are you sure you don't want to go back?
