[ Jaco staggered back as Namur came back up with a splash. Admittedly the alien was just as interested with the conversation as the fish seemed to be, but it was hard to see from above the waves. During that whole encounter, Jaco leaned over the railing as far as he could without falling in himself! Being in the galactic patrol was good work but it didn't leave him with a lot of free time. Well free time he didn't use watching action movies. ]
