Maybe. But Takeru-kun and I don't cook much. [She could. And...actually, come to think of it, she didn't know if Takeru could cook. His brother certainly could, but the siblings lived apart when they weren't in the Digital World, so there was every chance that the younger boy had never learned.] Han-san does most of the cooking, unless we go out to eat.

[The way Kevin had reacted made him suspect that this wasn't entirely fake, but he sure as hell hoped he was mistaken. Because this raised new questions about something he'd worked on putting behind himself.

I'm not interested in 'procreating'. [His face turns a bit red as he says it. He knows it's not impossible for a man to raise children and he might, in the future, not be completely dead set against it once he's not a teenager anymore himself, but he doesn't think that's likely because, one, there's a whole lot of issues for him to work through about someone actually dating him because why would they? And two, he knows what it's like to have a father that people judge you for, and he wouldn't want anyone to judge any potential child he might raise because of him either.]

I see. I'm glad you found someone to stay with that's looking out for the both of you then! I did hope you'd managed something, once we got here to the colonies and all. I'm staying in one of the apartments with my friends. Rei-chan, Ami-chan and Minako-chan. Archer comes around sometimes too, to help out with some of the housework and cooking and stuff too. But he doesn't live with us.

[But really, as long as she has her friends, Usagi couldn't imagine it any differently. It's great, getting to spend so much time with her friends, living with them. Like a permanent sleepover or something! And it is great to be reassured that Hikari has been happy with her arrangements too.]

I cannot deny that I am not as experienced when it comes to being used for war, but we are weapons after all.

[In the hands of a kannushi or a samurai, being used to kill is hardly-surprising to both of them. The past was not a shackle to him as a sword, and neither did the touch of blood really taint his own purity as a sword. He doesn't expect Tsurumaru to feel anything for his own past, but at least he's somewhat lucid.]

What matters is that this place only shows a reflection. Even if you wanted to search for your old master, you can't do so being trapped in this mirror hall.
