[Sanji shoves himself back up to his feet the second Vegeta's arms drop, legs widening into his usual fighting stance and arms coming up to block, just in case another one of those lightning quick moves follows the abrupt shift in demeanor.
Not that being prepared would do him much good, and he wobbles anyway with a wince just as Vegeta's reply hits him.
And then his eyes widen and his arms lower a bit.
