But for me, at least, there does seem to be some kind of...I guess scale to it? Some things are just blurry instead of invisible. I think the stronger the association, the harder it is for me to see it. And it's gotten worse since yesterday, on top of it. Like...yesterday, swords and guns were hard to make out for what they really were, but today I can't see 'em at all.

So...maybe as long as you consider maroon or pink distinctly different colors from red, you'll still be able to see them? If there really is a degree of personal association to it. But I can't say for sure, obviously. I don't know any better than you do what's really happening with all this.
