[ It took some time to get to the tower itself; the Research District was in as bad a shape as the other district, if not more so due to the lack of reconstruction there; the debris was piled high, pools of water hiding shorted out electrical gadgets (be careful not to touch!).
But either way, after a few days of hard work, the characters will find themselves at the door of the research tower.
Time to go in through the front door!
You step inside, and then... you're separated. ]

There is no tagging order, so feel free to tag in whatever way works best for you as a group.
There will be mod involvement in each of the tours; please be prepared for injury and death in each thread.
If there are any questions, feel free to ask them here. You are welcome to plot with your groupmates in this post. Thank you!

Samurai's honour still lives within him, even if he is to die right here, right now.]
If anything happens, you guys make a run for it.

[ well, it doesn't seem to have set off any alarms, for what it's worth. In fact, the robot seems downright helpful at the moment.
Too bad Terra's still bleeding out. ]
no subject
Terra, please don't die. That actually would be horrific.] We need to tie a tourniquet around Terra's arm and put pressure on his neck to stem the blood flow. [He thinks. He's not a doctor, and he's pretty sure Baymax isn't equip with the right tools for something like this.] Baymax, help Korra. Korra, if you take off Baymax's glove he'll give you some more light to work with. Apply the pressure so the blood stops while we take care of this piece.
[With that, he faces the robot again. This could go one of two ways, and he's bracing himself while already thinking of a new password that could pass.]
Reset password.

Glancing around, Korra realizes they don't really have much to work with here--so she tugs at the cloth around her waist until it comes loose, then proceeds to rip it into pieces to use as bandages. They aren't the prettiest things ever, but they'll be sturdy enough and get the job done.
As she works on wrapping up his chest, tying the bandages tight enough to put pressure on the wound there, and then working on the tourniquet for his arm, Korra keeps her ears sharp and tuned to whatever's happening on Hiro's end.]

[ it's... about all he can do, right now, isn't it? he isn't helping with the password or with the healing, and so... ]
no subject
[He can't heal, but he can shoot and slash well.
So far his attention is focused on Hiro. That kid looked the most suited to handle futuristic machinery with the giant white balloon robot... thing.]
no subject
[ And the robot settles down, at least for now. It seems it's not going to be attacking any time soon, though it is also not moving from where it is parked -- which appears to be in front of a door.
Of course, they can backtrack into the dark as well. There are plenty of choices now that they're not in immediate danger of robot death. ]
no subject
Check it out. [He's entering the room further to approach the door.] ...we need to pick a path. Fast. Door or do we turn around and get out of here? [Logically he knows they should go. Terra's still in really bad shape and who knows what else is waiting for them.] Or we split into two groups.
[It's a vote. They have time for a vote, don't they?]
no subject
But... we should probably get Terra to a doctor. Someone who knows how to deal with the metal piece in his arm. [Her gaze jumps between the members of their group, questioning.] We could split up if there's enough of us who want to get out of here now.
no subject
Is it possible for us to retrace our steps? They may try and stop us from getting out.
[Masamune folds his arms.]
If any of you want to leave then go ahead, but whatever is inside are going to answer whatever questions we have about this godforsaken place.
no subject
Don't give up because of me... Leave me here, and I can stop anything that tries to follow you.
[If anyone looks at his outline closely, there's a hazy, dark aura beginning to form around him, like his body is giving off black smoke. Drawing on the darkness is dangerous, especially when he's so vulnerable, but it's the only thing he has left to sustain him.
...A combination of blood loss and sheer stubbornness means he's not exactly using rational thought right now.]
no subject
[ ---thinking about abandoning him to be fodder for anything trying to stop them makes him angry, and he moves back closer to the group. ]
...He needs help, but... If we split up, we'll be weaker. If something else happens, we'd probably have less of a chance.
no subject
Either way, there's a definite, concerning bzzt noise, and then an automated voice drones: Electrical flooring activated. Five seconds to full activation.
They'll have approximately 5 seconds to move off the floor in some way, or they're going to have the shock of a lifetime. ]
no subject
Get off the ground and if you can't, grab on! [And to his robot:] Baymax, fly!
[Can they do that in five seconds? Who knows, but this could end very, very poorly.]
no subject
[With no time left to debate, Korra reaches over and scoops Terra up into her arms as gently as she can while being quick about it. It'll probably still hurt, but there's nothing she can do about that--and she isn't leaving him behind either. Thankfully the dark aura around him doesn't hurt her, and she's able to haul them up onto Baymax's back as well.]
no subject
Electrical flooring did not sound like a good prospect in anyway.]
Goddamnit...! Did someone trigger a trap!?
[Hopefully it was not the password reset.]
no subject
He's not interested in arguing any more -- all he wants is for everyone else to get out of here in one piece.]
no subject
Did resetting the password do it -- ?!
no subject
They're going to have to decide what to do from here, now. ]
no subject
If the password's been reset, they know we're here. We should probably get out of here.
[He wants to proceed. He wants to keep going, find out what he can...but part of being a good leader is doing what's best for the team. They needed to get out before they were captured further, and they needed to treat Terra. If anything, he could drop off the others and turn around himself.
Actually? That sounds like a good idea. He and Baymax could handle this. So with that, Baymax is already starting to turn to head for the exit, but not fast enough in case anyone else has any other ideas.]
no subject
She catches Hiro's eye and nods.]
Probably a better idea to get out.
[For now, she thinks.]
no subject
That note from ViVID, the truth he pursued...
Would they try to silence them now?]
I'll keep an eye out for anything that tries to attack us.
[Was it right to leave that undiscovered?]
no subject
[ they barely got in. they didn't get to learn anything - he didn't get to do anything. it doesn't sit well with him. ]
no subject
They can try to open that door, pick the door behind the robot, or try something else entirely now. ]
