Who: These unfortunate souls
When: OOC: 9/02, IC: 3/01
Where: CERES Research Tower
What: It's time to stage a raid against CERES while they're MIA; what better place to start than the research tower?
Rating/Warning: R: violence and death



▶ ACTION.EXE | IC: 3/01
[ It took some time to get to the tower itself; the Research District was in as bad a shape as the other district, if not more so due to the lack of reconstruction there; the debris was piled high, pools of water hiding shorted out electrical gadgets (be careful not to touch!).

But either way, after a few days of hard work, the characters will find themselves at the door of the research tower.

Time to go in through the front door!

Do you see any other exits?

[He asks Ishtar, the only non-visually impaired one of them at the moment. As he does, he tries not to make any sudden movements, although the longer they were here, the less well it bode, so if there were really no other exits or doors, they might have to retreat back to the elevator. He glances backwards (even though he can't see) for a moment to the elevator behind them as a silent gesture.]

[ Ishtar didn't like how the sparks were starting to seem violent when Illidan was draining its content. Ishtar doesn't touch anything within her reach because she's wary and she also is trying to help another person.

She scanned around quietly as she was asked trying to see if she could find anything. The only thing she saw was the Elevator so far, while focusing on whatever else was in the vicinity. Ishtar did follow his gesture on that part at least. ]

Uh... I'm not really sure... I don't see anything except the uh Elevator.

[ Unfortunately for them, the energy seems to be building incredibly rapidly in the air -- it actually seems to be stemming mostly from their presence there, as though their very existence is multiplying the energy present in those devices.

The final spark is their voices.

They open their mouths, they speak, and it's like lighting a match in a room full of flammable gas. The inevitable occurs:

The room explodes. It takes with them three stories of CERES' research tower, as well as all of those present devices. There will not, however, be any energy fluctuations in the city of Cerealia itself, so it would appear that those were used for some other purpose.

As for Illidan, Ishtar and Alcor, they will wake up in the park in three IC days like hobos. Thanks for wrecking the place. ]
