Ah! Be careful!

[Quickly, Namazuo crosses the room, kneeling down and catching Yamato's hands.] I'll get a broom, alright? You might cut yourself. [Perhaps a silly worry when they're, y'know, swords... but still.]

[ Why is he doing this? There's a frown on the uchigatana's features as he's trying to explain himself. Getting cut or not, he's been through this a thousand times and it's nothing too outrageous from the normal trouble they find themselves in. Waiting a bit before taking his hands back from the wakizashi's, he tilts his head towards the device. ]

Someone has been attacked so I was trying to save him but where is he?

[ Give it a few minutes and a small flame flickers inside of the TV, lord, it's time to get some water. ]

Attacked?

[Brow furrowed, Namazuo looks at the television set, then back to Yamato.] Are you sure it was real, and not a show?

What's a show? ...

[ Ugh, is that the new way they call an attack on someone who has done nothing wrong? He places his hands down to his lap, looking at the wakizashi in more than confusion — he doesn't understand. ]

Why is reality something that's always questioned in this place.. was that sad man fake too?

It's like a play! A performance. You know, acting.

[Acting, like Kashuu's crocodile tears when Haru tells him he can't buy ten gallons of hand cream.]

If the sad man was in there, then yes, I think so. [Namazuo smiles kindly, sitting back on his heels.] It's okay, Yasusada-kun! He wasn't really sad.

Huh? Acting.. that's weird, how could such a thing be able to do that? [ Looking at the destroyed machine that flickers with a small fire inside, he blinks once and then twice as he points at it. ]

So that means that small flame is fake as well, it's acting? Should I clap at it's great performance?

[horsepoop]

[Oh jeez, Namazuo isn't exactly the best person to explain how TVs work... he's old okay, let him rest!]

Well you see, the people put on a performance-- [He can at least give it a try...

EXCEPT NOT BECAUSE THAT SURE IS A FIRE.

Namazuo jumps, probably a little more spooked than he should be at such a small flame (but who could blame him?).] No, no, that's real! Water, quickly! [He shoots to his feet, darting off to the kitchen. Good thing he's a wakizashi.]

Huh?

[ Well! All of this is becoming confusing? He doesn't know what the big deal is about but as he gets to his feet — he looks back towards the TV that's began to spark and the fire is growing a little bigger. The smoke that emits from it is a little worrisome but Yamato tries to find something so he can put out the flame. Looking towards the couch, he grabs one of the pillows that rest on it. ]

I'll just try to use this pillow to pat it out.

[ Throwing the cushion inside of the TV, he watches as the flame begins to eat it up. Well............ ]

[GOSH YAMATO WHERE WERE YOU FOR CITADEL MOVIE NIGHT!! What did he think the TV back home was, a really crappy window??

Luckily, Namazuo is not the dingus in this relationship, so he returns with a bowl of water and quickly dumps it on the flame.

...Which would've worked, except Yamato's made it worse.]

--Why-- [No, no time for that. He grabs Yamato's hand, tugging him towards the kitchen.] Quickly, grab a bowl and get some water from the sink!

[ YAMATO DOESN'T LIKE MOVIES! HE LIKES READING BOOKS AND STUFF.. HE MUST HAVE MISSED THEM. *eyez the thread of ishikimaru praying to TV, i guess he missed movie night too* ]

Huh? I thought you said it was just a moving picture? [ UGH NAMAZUO, WHY DO YOU CONFUSE HIM!! Turning on the faucet that's nearby, he puts a cup underneath the run of water so he can carry the glass over to the TV, slowly pouring the water over top an electronic device......

Where is the fire extinguisher? ]

We need a bigger bowl?

[ Ugh because that fire ate up the water and this just isn't going to work! ]
