Though she almost seems to sparkle at the joke. ] ..Oh, should I explain the joke?

B; OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL WING, HELLOOOO NURSE.

[ Of course she's simply a nurse aid, but she's happy to help whatever it can be. Maybe you've come for a check-up, or visiting someone, though she can be found sitting outside on her break- you might catch her doing a quick healing arte to heal up some scrapes or bruises of someone.

Though whether you're passing by or minding your own business, she'll be sure to get your attention. ] Hello! Are you here for a check-up? Are you hurt? Are you sick? Do you need a quick healing- or just some medicine?

[ he can't help but chuckle a bit at that, though. ]

You know, maybe you can teach me a thing or two about nursing. I'm making a line of CYbuddies who can administer first aid... any help would be great.

Then I must be doing well so far. [ Lailah looks pleased nonetheless. However, at his words, she starts to shift to set the round cartoonish head piece down. Hands moving to the front of her as a thoughtful look shows on her face. ] Nursing?

[ The Seraph certainly remembers talk of CYbuddies, she remembers meeting one in particular the last she stumbled upon Tadashi. Yet.. ] I'm afraid I'm still learning myself. My healing artes is more of the.. magical kind, powers based, so it isn't like the more physical treatment aspect.

I wouldn't be much help besides the basics. [ Her smile looks apologetic now. She wouldn't really be all that much help in the end, she feels. ]

[ artes, huh? he puts a hand to his chin and rubs it... he's definitely heard of that before. ]

You're just like Natalia, then. If you've got healing artes...

[ may as well share an anecdote. ]

You know, when I arrived here, she used some healing artes on me. I definitely didn't believe in it at first, but now, I'm starting to.

[ "Natalia"? that is not a name she knows. she can't really hide the surprise that comes to her that tadashi is familiar with the term. ] You know of healing artes?

[ Eyes widen a little with the curiosity, she even goes as to press a little closer when he goes on. ] Really? I hadn't been aware that there were others.. Is she human? [ Seraph know of such artes- but not many, if any, humans were capable. ]

[ he has to repeat it again; but he's just thinking out loud. ummm... ]

Not sure, but it seems like she is.

Are... artes rare where you come from? [ maybe she and natalia are from different worlds? ]

[ From the sounds of it she must be, right? Of course Lailah couldn't confidently say that if there was another Seraph here she would know. ]

I see.. [ A hand curls to the front of her lips, gaze lowering in thought until she looks back to him. ] In a way I suppose you can say that. Heavenly artes are learned among Seraphim like myself, mostly of an element but nearly all know of some healing artes.

[ A human, however.. ] I don't believe I've ever heard of a human learning artes.. at least those not of a special case. [ The Shepherd, for one. But she knows that it's impossible for that to be the case. ]

Maybe it's just different where she comes from?

[ multiple universes, etc... tadashi will teach you those things some time, maybe soon. ] I mean, I doubt you guys are from the same place. [ especially when the two of you haven't met. ]

Hm.. Yes, I suppose that's possible.

[ She's met someone in particular who can use a fire-wielding based power like herself, but they called it by something else. Different worlds and all.. Not many use the term 'artes,' however. ] You're right. Especially since time seems to be another addition to the strangeness of things.

[ Lailah looks to the bright district and lights, a quiet and distant look upon her face. Her time was very much olden compared to something like this.. it's quite the culture shock. ]

[ he's reminded of his death again, and how his younger brother comes from a time after that... it's- well, weird, to say the least, but he's getting used to it. especially when it means his brother has been moving on without him. ]

Well...

[ The hesitation is clear on her part. First there's the problem with getting use to all this new technology, then there was that incident with losing the apartment she shared with two of her friends.. it's certainly been a bit of a ride. ]

Did you know there's a metallic box for the purpose of reheating food? [ Microwave. ] Oh-- and the way some doors open on their own! [ Automatic doors. ] And seeing those clearly not human is always a new experience.. [ Robots, aliens, and so forth. ]

[ That's not even all of it. But enough of that ramble- she's a bit embarrassed. ]

It's all still a bit exciting and getting use to. Having friends here certainly make it more easier.

[ oh no, this is so endearing... he can't help but let out a chortle because of how amused he is by lailah's discoveries. ]

Looks like you're having- well, a good time with the technology. If you need any help, just ask me, alright? I'm used to the tech here.

[ friends... to hear that, it makes her quite happy. she never thought she'd be able to make many more friends like this. ]

Thank you, Tadashi. It means quite a lot, I'll be sure to hold you to your word and ask you plenty about the technology. [ though since they're on the topic, plus what he's mentioned earlier.. ] So what you're trying to do with your.. CyBuddies, was it? Is it anything like that hospital with the robots?

[ It's still a strange thought- robots. But she remembers there being a hospital with robots that help with a more.. advanced treatment compared to the hospital wing she helps out in. Of course he did mention more of basic treatment. ]

Nah, it's- they're different. Slightly.

Though, [ he holds up a finger. ] I did make a robot nurse before I arrived here. I hope you'll meet him some time, his name's Baymax.

Are they? [ Lailah tilts her head, curious. She doesn't really understand the mechanics and work behind these robots and things, but.. ] I'll take your word for it, then.

[ He seems to understand a whole lot more than she, after all. ] I see. I'd love to meet Baymax, definitely. I take that he's come along with then. [ He did say it was something he made back home- but he puts it as if it's possible for her to meet him still. ]
