[open] cheer up, cerealia! (part two)

Where: The Little Sister Cosplay Cafe
What: The De-Stress party/Athena's birthday party

[ Welcome to the Little Sister Cosplay Cafe! Athena's rented the whole place (thanks for paying, Phoenix!) to celebrate her birthday, so there's a big signage outside in chalk which reads "De-stress party! Come inside!" So basically, anybody who checks the network should know what it means.
Upon entering, one will spot a bright yellow dessert buffet table, decorated with all sorts of yummy goodies that you can think of! It's a cafe, after all. The desserts are good.
When Athena spots you, she'll immediately bow and say "Welcome to the Little Sister!" and despite this being her party, you may find that she's the only one still in cosplay. Of course she can't ask her other coworkers to get dressed and serve anybody who comes by - they need some de-stressing, too! So it's just her as everybody's waitress and hostess for the day.
By one of the corners is a karaoke machine, and each table already has a menu on top of it. Feel free to order whatever you want! There's a wide selection of American, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as some French desserts - although some are already laid out at the buffet table.
Come on, Cerealia! De-stress and cheer up again! ]

[unfolded, it's a faux news article devoted to announcing Athena's birthday, and goes on to detail what a good person she is, there's photos of her in court defending Juniper Woods (at least one looks like it was taken while Scuttlebutt was on the stand) and goes on to describe Athena as: "The best sort of friend a person could have," "always loyal and true," "great listener," "always ready to help her friends," etc. etc.]
