[ Welcome to the Little Sister Cosplay Cafe! Athena's rented the whole place (thanks for paying, Phoenix!) to celebrate her birthday, so there's a big signage outside in chalk which reads "De-stress party! Come inside!" So basically, anybody who checks the network should know what it means.
Upon entering, one will spot a bright yellow dessert buffet table, decorated with all sorts of yummy goodies that you can think of! It's a cafe, after all. The desserts are good.
When Athena spots you, she'll immediately bow and say "Welcome to the Little Sister!" and despite this being her party, you may find that she's the only one still in cosplay. Of course she can't ask her other coworkers to get dressed and serve anybody who comes by - they need some de-stressing, too! So it's just her as everybody's waitress and hostess for the day.
By one of the corners is a karaoke machine, and each table already has a menu on top of it. Feel free to order whatever you want! There's a wide selection of American, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as some French desserts - although some are already laid out at the buffet table.
Come on, Cerealia! De-stress and cheer up again! ]

Although she doesn't seem to be too cheered up - there's going to be a smile here and there, sure, but it's a tired one over an extremely happy one - at the very least she will try not be too tense.
Even though it is a party, she does have a notebook with her for taking down notes, though she might not actually use it... who knows. She will at least chat up some people if she sees them, even more so if she knows they aren't a part of the air crew, if only so she can touch base with them. But she'll chat about other things too! ]

When she arrives, presumably with Ami and Minako, she has a fairly large bag hanging from her shoulder, and she's put on her finest. It's not surprising that there are a lot of people here, given who the party is for...and the fact that everyone needs a party right about now...but what is surprising her is that she doesn't feel awkward being here.
Rei's more than happy to engage anyone who comes to her, and she's obviously found flitting near the food tables, nibbling here and there and enjoying tea and other finger foods.
Or perhaps you bump into her near the edges of the party, since she's not terribly good at crowds. Either way, Athena can be assured of a visit, as Rei had a very special gift in mind.
Or it's entirely possible that if she already knows you, Rei will just walk right on up.]

Mosley will in fact arrive at four just as he said he would and for those who have never met the guy in person, they might find it odd to see a young man of around nineteen or twenty in a suit standing awkwardly off to the side. He's somewhat albino in appearance with short white hair, white eyelashes, bright CERES blue eyes and incredibly pale skin. He's brought Clonco along too, thinking Athena might appreciate some time with the little robot. More noticably, however, he's armed with an enormous bouquet of vibrant blue and purple orchids, tied off with a yellow ribbon. There's a note tucked into the ribbon.
Feel free to 1) notice him lurking by the door, waiting patiently for Athena while she sees to other partygoers, or 2) run into him later in the party, where he'll keep to himself unless spoken to. No matter how many parties Athena throws, he'll never be any good at them.]

Jack has been slowly getting used to crowds thanks to the population of the colony, but this is still a bit to much, especially considering the amount of people - size of the room ratio. But hey, it's a party, and he can feel everyone having fun, it's like feeding his center. So he'll hover above the crowd and proceed to do a bunch of things like:
1. Enjoy everyone's reaction to his birthday gift to Athena. He has a real one for later, but for now, you can ask about the story behind the prank if you want. Good luck getting the accurate deal.

3. If you're a antisocial grump, enjoy the trail of frost down your spine. Stop mopping and join the party!
4. After lots of hesitation, Jack feels he owns Athena one (or two, or three) and he wants to feel more part of the group... so he joins the karaoke. He never sang in front of someone before (unless you count animals) so it's kinda weird at first, but soon he's going all out. "All I wanna do is have some fun", "Footlose", "Walk like an Egyptian" and "Rock DJ" are some of his choices, and anything Sinatra or The Beatles will be hijacked by him. Because you know what? Jack is a pretty good singer, and he will rock every song.
